Hashed Brown Potatoes Recipe |

Ingredients 3 medium potatoes 2 tbsp butter or margarine 1/4 cup finely chopped onion or green onion 1/2 tsp salt Dash pepper
Method Prepare and cook whole potatoes as directed in cooking vegetables for 20-25 minutes or till potatoes are almost tender. Drain and chill. Peel potatoes; shred to make 3 cups. In a medium skillet melt butter. Combine potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper; pat into skillet. Cook over low heat about 15 to 20 minutes or till underside is crisp. Cut with spatula to make 4 wedges; turn. Cook about 5 minutes more or till other side is golden. Makes 4 servings.
