Glazed Onion Recipe |

Ingredients 1 pound boiling onions 2 tbsp butter or margarine 1 tbsp sugar
Method Prepare and cook onions as directed in cooking vegetables about 15 minutes or till nearly tender. Drain well, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. In a medium skillet combine butter, sugar, and reserved liquid. Cook and stir till combined; add onions. Coo, uncovered, over medium-low heat about 15 minutes or until onions are nicely glazed; stir often. Makes 4 servings.
