Orange-Glazed Beets Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sliced beets or one 16-ounce can sliced beets

2 tbsp butter or margarine

1/4 cup orange marmalade

 

Method

Prepare and cook fresh beets as directed in cooking vegetables. Drain. (or, drain canned beets.) In a small skillet melt butter or margarine over medium-low heat; stir in orange marmalade till combined. Add drained cooked or canned beets; cook and stir till beets are glazed and heated through. Makes 4 servings.
