Mix rice flour, Wheat starch and corn flour together.

Add ice water and stir
until combined.

Add cooking oil and salt and stir.

Leave it aside for 1 hour.

In the meantime,
prepare steamer, and three steam tray.

Cast a thin layer of cooking oil on the steam tray.

After 1 hour, spread across the pan with thin layer
of flour mixture.

Heat up the steamer.

When the water start to boil, add the stream stray
and heat for 4-5 minutres.

Remove the steam tray and replace another steam tray till you are
done with all three.

Let it cool

Roll
up after stripping koay teow.

Cut it into
strips.
