Cream Spinach with Nutmeg Recipe |

Ingredients 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach 1 tbsp butter or margarine 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch Dash ground nutmeg
Method Cook frozen spinach according to package directions using 1/2 cup water. Remove from heat. Do not drain. Add butter. stir milk into cornstarch and nutmeg; add to spinach. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve in sauce dishes. Serves 4.
