Chinese Spinach Recipe |

Ingredients 1 pound spinach (12 cups) 2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts 2 tbsp chopped onion
Method Cut fresh spinach stems into 1-inch pieces; tear leaves into bite-size pieces, Cook spinach as directed on cooking vegetables for 3 minutes; drain well. Heat oil, sugar, and soy sauce in a skillet; add spinach, water chestnuts, and onion. Cook, tossing lightly 2 to 3 minutes or till spinach is coated and heated. Serves 4.
