Cheese-Frosted Cauliflower Recipe |

Ingredients 1 medium head cauliflower (about 1 1/2 pounds) 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard 3/4 cup shredded American cheese (3 ounces) Oven 375o
Method Prepare and cook whole cauliflower as directed in cooking vegetables. Drain well. Place cooked head of cauliflower in an 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake in a 375o oven about 5 minutes or till cheese melts. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
