Party Ham Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

4 1/2-ounce can deviled ham

1/4 cup finely chopped  celery

1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle

1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing

4 slices firm-textured white bread

4 slices firm-textured rye bread

4 ounce container whipped cream cheese

Snipped parsley

Pimiento strips

 

Method:

Combine deviled ham, celery, dill pickle, and mayonnaise or  salad dressing. Cover; chill. Remove crusts from bread, if desired. Spread white bread slices with ham mixture, top with rye bread slices. Frost tops with cream cheese. Cut each sandwich diagonally into quarters. Decorate sandwiches with parsley or pimiento. Makes 16 sandwiches.
