Fluffy Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup dairy sour cream

1/3 cup apricot or peach preserves, or orange marmalade

1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

2 to 3 tablespoons milk

Assorted fresh or canned fruit dippers, chilled

 

Method:

In a small bowl combine sour cream, preserves or marmalade (cut up any large pieces of fruit), and walnuts; mix well. Stir in enough milk to make mixture of dipping consistency; chill. To serve, insert wooden picks into chilled fruit pieces. Dunk fruit into chilled dip. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
