Ingredients 3 cups torn iceberg lettuce 3 cups torn romaine 1 cup thinly sliced zucchini 1/2 cup sliced radishes 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots 2 tbsp sliced green onion Italian Dressing
Method
In a large salad bowl combine the first 7
ingredients. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Toss; cover and
chill. Pour Italian Dressing over salad; toss lightly to coat
vegetables. Makes 6 servings. Per 1/6 serving: 4 g carbohydrates, 21 calories, 0 g fat, 1 g Protein, 265 mg sodium
