Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chili sauce, 2 finely chopped hard-cooked eggs, 2 tablespoons each finely chopped green pepper, celery, and onion, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix well. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
