In a screw-top jar combine 2/3 cup salad oil, 1/2 catsup, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon grated onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Cover; shake. Chill. Shake before serving. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
