Fruit Medley Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup dairy sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/4 cp crumbled blue cheese

2 tsp milk

4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced and cut up

1/2 honeydew melon, cut into balls

1/2 cantaloupe, cut into balls

1 large peach, sliced

1 cup strawberries, halved

leaf lettuce

 

Method

For dressing, in a small mixing bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, blue cheese, and milk. Cover and chill.

 

Arrange prosciutto, honeydew and cantaloupe melon balls, peach slices, and halved strawberries on a lettuce-lined platter. Serve the chilled dressing with salad. Serve 4 to 6.
