Creamy Coleslaw Recipe |

Ingredient 4 cups shredded cabbage 1/2 cup shredded carrot 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tbsp vinegar 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp celery seed 1/4 tsp salt
Method
In a large bowl combine the cabbage,
carrot, green pepper, and onion. To prepare dressing, stir together
mayonnaise or salad dressing, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss lightly to coat
vegetables. Cover and chill. Make 8 servings. Per 1/8 serving: 5 g carbohydrates, 119 calories, 11 g fat, 1 g Protein, 116 mg sodium
