Cooking Dressing Recipe

In a small saucepan combine 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and dash ground red pepper. Stir in 3/4 cup milk. Beat 2 egg yolks slightly; add to saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat till bubbly. Add 1/4 cup vinegar and 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, stirring till butter is melted. Cool. Stored in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
