Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

In a blender container combine 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup cream-style cottage cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. Cover and blend till nearly smooth. Transfer dressing to a storage container; stir in 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Cover and chill. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
