Chicken-Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle

2 tsp finely chopped onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 tbsp lemon juice

Dash pepper

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

4 tomato cups

 

Method

Combine celery, pickle, and onion. Combine next 4 ingredients; fold into celery mixture along with chopped cooked chicken. Cover; chill. Fill each tomato cup with about 1/2 cup of the tuna mixture. Serves 4.
