Avocado Dressing Recipe |

Combine 3/4 cup dairy sour cream, 1/3 cup milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, and a few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce. Stir in 1 large avocado, seeded, peeled, and mashed. If necessary, stir in additional milk to achieve desired serving consistency. Cover and refrigerate and use within a few hours to prevent discoloration. Makes about 1 2/3 cups dressing.
