Grilled Salmon Steaks Recipe |

Ingredients 3 fresh or frozen salmon steaks or other fish steaks (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick) 1/2 cup cooking oil 1/4 cup snipped parsley 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons grated onion 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method Thaw fish, if frozen. Place fish in a shallow dish. For marinade, combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion mustard, salt, and dash pepper. Pour over fish. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator 6 hours. Drain, reserving marinade. Place fish in a well-greased wire grill basket. Grill over medium-hot coals 8 to 10 minutes or till fish is lightly browned. Baste with marinade and turn. Brush again or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 6 servings.
