Fish Florentine Recipe

Ingredients

6 frozen breaded fish portions

1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach

1 11-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 8-oounce can water chestnuts, drained ad coarsely chopped

3 tbsp bacon bits

Oven 350o

 

Method

Prepare fish following package directions. Cook spinach following package directions; drain well. In a saucepan stir soup, water chestnuts, and bacon bits into spinach; heat through. Turn into a 10x6x2-inch baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with fish. Bake in a 350o oven for 10 minutes or till hot. Serve with halved lemon slices, if desired. Serves 6.
