Crab-Bacon Bites Recipes |

Ingredients 1 7-ounce can crab meat 1 beaten egg 1/4 cup tomato juice 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Dash bottled hot pepper sauce 12 slices bacon, cut in half Nonstick vegetable spray coating Method Drain, flake, and remove cartilage from crab; set aside. Combine egg, next 7 ingredients, and 1.4 teaspoon slat. Add crab meat; mix well. In a skillet partially cook bacon; drain on paper toweling. Shape crab mixture into 24 logs, about 1 1/2 inches long. Wrap each log with a half-slice of bacon; fasten securely with wooden picks. Spray cold grill with vegetables spray coating. Grill logs over hot coals about 10 minutes or till evenly browned, turning several times. Makes 24 appetizers.
