Saucepan Rice Pudding Recipe |

Ingredients: 3 cups milk 1/2 cup long grain rice 1/3 cup raisins 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method: In a heavy medium saucepan bring milk to boiling; stir in uncooked rice, raisins and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes or till most of the milk is absorbed. (Mixture may appear curdles.) Spoon into dessert dishes. Dot with butter and sprinkle with a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon. Serves 6.
