Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

dash salt

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1 tbsp butter or margarine

 

Method

In a medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in orange juice. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in butter or margarine. Serve warm. Makes 1 3/4 cups (9 servings).
