Fluffy Vanilla Sauce Recipe |

Ingredients 3 beaten egg yolks 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp rum flavoring (optional) dash salt 1 cup whipping cream
Method In a mixing bowl combine egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla, rum flavoring, and salt. Whip cream to soft peaks; fold into egg yolk mixture. Cover; chill. Stir before serving. Serve over fresh fruit, chocolate cake, gingerbread, or plum pudding. Makes about 2 1/2 cups (13 servings).
Note: Don't store this sauce for more than a few days because of the uncooked eggs.
