Fluffy Hard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

2 cups sifted powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg yolk

 

Method

In a small mixer bowl cream together softened butter or margarine and powdered sugar with electric mixer. Beat in vanilla. Beat 1 egg yolk into creamed mixture. Turn into a serving bowl. Serve without chilling. Makes 1 1/3 cups (21 servings).
