Brownie Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup-all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Oven 350o

 

Method:

In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, the 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; stir till smooth. Stir in nuts. Turn into an ungreased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder; gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour liquid mixture evenly over batter in pan. Bake in a 350o oven about 30 minutes or till cake test done. Serve warm or chilled in individual dessert dishes. Makes 8 servings.
