Chocolate Icing Recipe

Ingredients:

1 4-ounce package German sweet chocolate, broken up

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

 

Method:

In a small saucepan melt together the chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons hot water. Add more hot water, if needed, to make of pouring consistency. Spoon over cake. glazes top of a 10-inch tube cake.
