Real Scrambled Eggs Recipe

These cost less than egg substitute and cook up much fluffier!

 

Ingredients:

4 eggs whites

1 egg yolk

2 teaspoons water

butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray

 

Method:

Beat together egg whites, yolk, and water. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat. Pour half of egg mixture into pan, let cook, without stirring, until set on top ground edges; drag a spatula gently through eggs as they continue to cook. Repeat with second half of mixture.
