Beer-Cheese Triangles Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups packages biscuit mix or Homemade Biscuit Mix

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

1/2 cup beer

 

Method

In a mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix or Homemade Biscuit Mix and shredded cheese.

 

Make a well in the center; add beer all-at-once. Stir just till mixture clings together. Knead gently on a lightly floured surface for 5 strokes. Roll or pat dough into a 6-inch circle. Cut into 10 wedges. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a 450o oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 10.
