One of my favorite recipes for celebration mood! Enjoyalmond-cookies

360 g butter

210 g icing sugar

2 egg whites

360 g plain flour

some almond flakes

1. Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy and then add in egg whites and mix well.

2. Fold in plain flour

3. Spread the batter on cake tin and use the egg yolks to brush over the batter.

4. Draw thin rectangular lines over the batter and place a piece of almond flake on each of the rectangles.

5. Bake until 3/4 cooked and cut.

6. Put the baking tray into the oven again adn bake until golden brown.
