Lamb Loin Chops with Walnut Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

4 lamb loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

2 tbsp snipped parsley

 

Method

Place lamb chops on an unheated rack in a broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn broil 5 to 6 minutes more. Combine honey and lemon juice; stir in walnuts and parsley. Spoon nut mixture over shops; broil 1 minutes longer. Serves 4.
